I am pleased to announce that the latest Beta for xShop has been released.
The new release is available for immediate download...

Here are some of the new features/fixes that are included in the Beta 2.1
release:
1. The "Browse For Remote Image" FTP functionality has been totally
rewritten.
2. We have added a "Quick Update Products" screen. This is the screen that
displays all of the products in a grid and you can just type in new values
or select new values from dropdowns. There is also a menu item to do a
Mass Update of the prices. This screen also has Fill functionality so you
can fill items with the same value (such as filling all selected items
with the same manufacturer.)
3. We have added functionality to the Categories, Manufacturers and
Languages Screens to Display, Upload and Browse for Remote Images (just
like on the Products screen.)
4. Fixed the FTP "Too Many Connections" error that occurred after browsing
for more than 8 images.
5. Fixed an error with the Add New Product screen that was tied to the
product not having an image on the remote server.
6. Fixed an error when trying to save an existing Category (with the Edit
Category functionality.) The Name, Description and Heading Title fields
were not updating.
7. Other minor bugs and glitches were also fixed.
Please be sure to uninstall the previous beta version before installing
this new version, to avoid any possible problems.
