<title>Windows XP back end for osC-MAX v1.7 :: Request for beta testers</title>
<link>http://www.oscdox.com/Article14.html</link>
<description>Sasoft Inc, in conjunction with AABox and OSCdox is developing xShop-Max, a windows XP application that replaces the web based administration panel for osCommerce and osC-Max.

This application runs on Windows XP, and creates a live link to your database from the XP desktop. We are opening the private beta development today, and if you are interested in participating in this closed beta test, please register at:

http://sasoft.org

This is a limited beta round, and we are looking for about 20 good beta testers that will put the inital beta release through its paces. If you are not serious about doing a good job of testing, please do not register.

Once registered, you will be given access to download the beta application for testing.

This beta is compatible with osC-Max v1.5.5 and v1.7, so you should be running one of those versions.

Thank you,

Michael Sasek

<title>osCDox Server upgrade</title>
<link>http://www.oscdox.com/Article13.html</link>
<description>OSCdox has moved to a new server at AABox, as we have outgrown our last machine.

Until DNS propagates, you will notice an IP address in the URL bar of your browser, and most likely, you will need to log back in. Other than the IP in the URL bar, everything else should work normally.

Thanks for your patience as we upgrade. This should mean faster page loading and less click...wait...click...wait... :)

<title>New Updates For MS2-MAX v1.5.5</title>
<link>http://www.oscdox.com/Article12.html</link>
<description>Two new upgrade packages are available for MS2-MAX v1.5.5.

1. BTS v1.2a upgrade pack : This upgrades the BTS system to the most current v1.2a. This allows easy template switching, faster box customization and a few other nice improvements. This will be included in the next full release of MS2-MAX.

2. Option Type Feature v1.6 has been modified to work with MS2-MAX v1.5.5. It works nicely, and is a relatively easy upgrade. It will also be included in the next full release of MS2-MAX.

Both packages are available in the MS2-MAX Discussion forum, they are posted in the announcements section and can be downloaded from there.

Thank you,
